We update our website regularly which can occasionally lead to a bug. Most of the time a refresh of the page will correct this but if the problem persists, please get in contact with us via the ‘contact us’ page.
Ordering with Clifton Graphics has never been easier. By selecting ‘Products’ in the header menu, you can navigate to the item you want to purchase. From there you will find easy-to-follow instructions that will help you at each stage as you create your desired product.
You may cancel your order at any stage up until the printing process. Once you have approved your design it will be automatically sent to print and can no longer be cancelled.
After selecting approve there is a 10 min grace period in case you changed your mind on a certain aspect. After this time, we can’t make any changes to your order.
If ordering a custom item, payment will only be taken after the proof has been approved. For orders that do not require a proof approval payment will be taken within 24 hours of you placing the order.
This depends on the product purchased. If you purchased Custom stickers, we can only accept returns if there is a fault in the printing. As these are Custom Stickers these are specially produced for every customer. If you wish to return pre-made designs, we can accept returns as long as the product is unopened and within original packaging. Processing of orders received on the weekend and bank holidays will be begin at 9:30am the next working day.

A simple explanation:
· Die-cut will result in individual stickers that are not provided on a sheet of backing paper. These are great for handing out to customers! (Please note: each sticker will still be individually backed).
· Kiss-Cut will result in your stickers/labels being provided on a sheet of backing paper. Great for when you want to peel and apply your stickers/labels quickly.
Our machines are professional grade machines with a cutting accuracy of +/- 1mm.
You should enter the dimensions of your individual stickers and we will take care of calculating how these fit onto a sheet.
Sheets are cut down to approx. A4 (210x297mm) size for your convenience and for packaging purposes.
We accept a wide range of file formats (Jpg, Jpeg, PNG, PSD, AI, EPS, SVG)
For the professional quality results, it’s best to provide a Vector file with all the embedded components.

This is determined on a case-by-case basis. At Clifton Graphics we love all things printable, but we are not graphic designers. However, we may be able to help or offer guidance depending on the nature of your query.

Unfortunately, not. Clifton Graphics is a printing service, our specialism is the high-quality printing of your pre-designed artwork.
In our catalogue we do provide pre-made designs that can be customised by adding your logo or your text to them. However, we cannot create designs based on your specification as this would require a Graphics Designer.
We’ve provided an easy-to-use system that’s just one click to approve your design. You will receive an email once the order has been received with all the relevant instructions. All deliveries are express and sent via a fully tracked courier service. This will be arranged once the order has been processed and printed.
