Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@cliftongraphics.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Defective products

If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately by e-mail to [sales@cliftongraphics.co.uk]and within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. Please note that we will not be able to handle returned products without your prior contact with our customer service. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it to enable us to approve a complaint. If Clifton Graphics reasonably determines that the products are in fact defective, Clifton Graphics will compensate you with a non-defective similar replacement item.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Copyright

By placing an order, you as a customer certify that you hold all rights regarding the use, publication and transmission of such data that has been transmitted, especially with regard to text and image material.

The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the product does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property rights and that the content of the product does not otherwise violate applicable legislation.

The Customer agrees to without prejudice not hold Clifton Graphics responsible for any claims that any third party may address to Clifton Graphics in connection with infringement of third-party rights, especially copyright, arising from the use of data transmitted from the customer, which means that the customer will ensure that Clifton Graphics does not have to comply such requirements.

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold us, our directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates and subsidiaries harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expense, including attorney fees, arising from or related to infringement of third-party rights, especially copyright, arising from the use of data transmitted from the customer, including text and image material.

Termination of account

By ordering and using the Site, you agree that Clifton Graphics may, at its sole discretion, terminate your account and remove and discard any content that you may have contributed to the Site without prior notice.

Registration, accounts and passwords

You are responsible for the personal protection and security of any password or username that you may use to access the Site. You are responsible for all activity conducted on the Site that can be linked or traced back to your username or password. You are obligated to immediately report a lost or stolen password or username to [info@cliftongraphics.co.uk].

If you believe someone has used your password or account without your authorization, you should notify [info@cliftongraphics.co.uk] immediately. We reserve the right to access and disclose any information including, without limitation, user names of accounts and other information to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests.

 

Liability

Clifton Graphics liabilities to you are limited in each separate case to these Terms unless otherwise is stipulated by law. Clifton Graphics liabilities to you for any cause whatsoever will never exceed your total purchase amount for the order.

In no case whatsoever will Clifton Graphics assume any liability for any incidental, consequential or indirect damages such as loss of profit or in case of force majeure such as war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics or similar events.
